Commissioner Goto delivered a remarks in the Enforcers Roundtable in the International Cartel Workshop presented by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and the International Bar Association on February 12, 2010 in Paris.

The 27th JAPAN / EU Annual Competition Consultations were held in Brussels on 10 September, 2009.

Commissioner Goto made a presentation titled "Competition and Industrial Policy" at the International Conference held in Marrakech on 5 December 2009.
