The 18th Bilateral Competition Consultation with the French competition authority, Conseil de la Concurrence, took place
on the 25th October at the JFTCfs building. The President of Conseil de la Concurrence, Mr. Lasserre and other senior officials
participated in this consultation, and discussed with Chairman Takeshima and other senior officials of the JFTC about
recent developments in competition policy in both countries, regulation on single-firm conduct, recent enforcement actions, and so on.
