The 5th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy

The 5th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy was held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on 29th June 2009, hosted by the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCCP) of Mongolia in cooperation with Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) and Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI). The Conference was held with approximately 110 participants including top officials from East Asia economies.
The Conference was comprised of three sessions (see the Agenda).
