The 7th East Asia Top Level Officials' Meeting on Competition Policy and the 6th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy

In cooperation with the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the 7th East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy on September 15, and the 6th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy on September 16, in Singapore.

The East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy is organized for the purpose of strengthening the cooperative relationship among competition authorities/competition related authorities through frank exchange of views and information among the top level officials of those authorities. The East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy is organized for the purpose of developing a common understanding on importance of competition law and policy in the East Asia.

This year, top level officials, etc. of 18 authorities in East Asia will participate in the meeting and the conference.
