The JFTC holds Training Course for Indonesian Competition Authority on the Subcontract Act and Competition Policy

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the training course for the Indonesian competition authority (Kosimi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU)) on the Subcontract Act and competition policy from April 18th to 21st, 2016 in Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The training course takes place to provide officers of the KPPU with opportunity to obtain the knowledge on the Subcontract Act, its enforcement and so on, with the purpose of supporting the enhancement of related legislation and law enforcement in Indonesia.

1. Period: April 18 - 21, 2016
2. Venue: JFTC headquarters (Tokyo)
3. Participants: 20 KPPU officers
4. Organizers: JFTC and JICA
5. Contents: Lectures by academicians on the Subcontract Act and competition policies; lectures by JFTC officials on investigation procedures for Subcontract Act; etc.
