Commissioner YAMAMOTO met with Shang Ming, Director General, Anti-monopoly Bureau, Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of People’s Republic of China, and exchanged their views on merger review cases in recent years, etc. They also agreed with continuing the discussion toward the conclusion of Memorandum on Cooperation between JFTC and MOFCOM soon.
