Competition Policy Research Center
The Competition Policy Research Center / Japan Fair Trade Commission (CPRC/JFTC) will hold the international symposium in close collaboration with the 21st Century COE/RES Program Hitotsubashi University, Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Inc.(NIKKEI) and Fair Trade Institute.
As the circumstance of competition in the market is changing with the globalization of economy, the development of the information technology and so on, it is getting more important not only for companies but also for national economy itself, M&A as strategies of companies. With this understanding, the vigorous discussion will take place in the symposium under the title of "M&A and Competition Policy".
