　概要
　本研究では、環境CSRに適応する経営者に経営上の意思決定権を委譲しているクールノー複占企業に対して、政府が汚染排出税を課すという状況を想定し、どのような場合に環境共同研究開発が社会的に許容されるのかという問題と、最適な汚染排出税の両方を考察する。
