Japan Fair Trade Commission
On October 17, the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) decided to commence its hearing proceedings upon hearing requests by RALSE Company, Limited (RALSE) under Article 52(3) of the Antimonopoly Act (AMA) and sent a notice to that effect to RALSE.
RALSE made requests for hearing with regard to the cease and desist order and the surcharge payment order issued by the JFTC on July 3, 2013. For the outlines of the orders, see here
