The JFTC holds Training Course for the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection of Mongolia on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy

The Japan FairTrade Commission (JFTC) will hold the training course for the Authority forFair Competition and Consumer Protection of Mongolia (AFCCP) on theAntimonopoly Act and competition policy from January 12nd to 15th, 2016 in Tokyo,in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The trainingcourse takes place to provide officials of the AFCCP and others with opportunityto obtain the knowledge on the Antimonopoly Act and its enforcement, with thepurpose of supporting the enhancement of competition legislation and lawenforcement in Mongolia.


1. Period: January 12 - 15, 2016
2. Venue: JFTCheadquarters (Tokyo)
3.Participants: 13 AFCCP officials and others
4.Organizers: JFTC and JICA
5. Contents: Lectures by academicians on the Antimonopoly Act andcompetition policies; lectures by JFTC officials on investigation procedures;etc.
