The JFTC holds Training Course for the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection of Mongolia and Judges in Mongolia on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the training course on the Antimonopoly Act and competition policy for the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection of Mongolia (AFCCP) and judges in Mongolia from May 24th to 27th, 2016 in Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The training course takes place to provide chairman of the AFCCP, judges in Mongolia and others with opportunity to obtain the knowledge on the Antimonopoly Act and its enforcement, with the purpose of supporting the enhancement of competition legislation and law enforcement in Mongolia.

1. Period: May 24 - 27, 2016
2. Venue: JFTC headquarters (Tokyo)
3. Participants: 16 AFCCP chairman, judges in Mongolia and others
4. Organizers: JFTC and JICA
5. Contents: Lectures by academicians on the Antimonopoly Act and competition policies; lectures by JFTC officials on cases on Antimonopoly Act violation; etc.
