The JFTC Holds the Bilateral Meetings with the Competition Authorities of the People’s Republic of China

Japan Fair Trade Commission

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) has regularly held the bilateral meeting on competition law and policy with the competition authorities in other jurisdictions for the purpose of building the cooperative relationship as well as developing the mutual understanding.
The JFTC will hold a meeting respectively with the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) of the People’s Republic of China as follows.
