The JFTC Holds the 33rd Bilateral Meeting with the European Commission

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) has regularly held bilateral meetings on competition policy with competition authorities in other jurisdictions for the purpose of building the cooperative relationship and promoting the mutual
understanding.
The JFTC will hold the 33rd bilateral meeting with the European Commission (EC) as follows. JFTC-EC meetings have been held since 1980.
This time, it is the first trial that top executives of both authorities would have meeting through video telephone conference system.

Exchange of views on competition law enforcement in the Digital economy
