The JFTC holds Training Course for the Competition Authority of Kenya on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the training course for the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) from April 10th to 19th, 2019 in Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The training course takes place to provide officials of the CAK with the opportunity to learn about the Antimonopoly Act and its enforcement, with the purpose of supporting enhancement of competition legislation and law enforcement in Kenya.

 3. Participants: 13 officials of CAK
 4. Organizers: JFTC and JICA
5. Contents: Lectures on
- the Antimonopoly Act
- Comparative study on Regulations and world trends against Buyer power issues, etc.
