The 15th East Asia Top Level Officials' Meeting on Competition Policy and the 12th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), together with the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCCP), and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), will co-host the 15th East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy and the 12th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy has been held aiming at strengthening the cooperative relationship among competitionauthorities through candid exchange of views and information with attendance of
the top-level officials from those authorities. Seventeen authorities in the region in total will participate in the Meeting this year.
The East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy is a conference open to public for the main purpose of developing common understanding on importance of competition law and policy in the East Asia region through presentation and discussion among participants, in addition to authorities above, from academia, business, etc.
