The JFTC Holds the Training Course on Strengthening the Capacity in Enforcing the Competition Law under the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund Program

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), in cooperation with the ASEAN Expert Group on Competition and the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Indonesia), will hold a training course in Tokyo on Strategic Planning and Management of enforcement Activities under the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF*) for ASEAN Member States (AMS) aiming at strengthening the capacity of enforcing their competition laws. The JFTC will invite officials from the Competition and Consumer Policies Branch of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as the lecturers
*JAIF: The fund, based on donation from Japanese government, established in ASEAN Secretariat for supporting ASEAN in 2006.
