The 21st bilateral meeting on competition policy took place between the JFTC and the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) in Tokyo. Two agencies exchanged their views over a broad range of competition-related matters including recent developments in competition law and policy, bid rigging cases in public procurement sector, and international cooperation. The meeting was attended by JFTC Chairman Kazuyuki Sugimoto, KFTC Chairman Dae-lae Noh and other officials from the agencies.
