From 27th to 29th March, 67th ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting was held. During the meeting, commissioner Aoki participated as a speaker in the session "Agency Economists Roundtable" to discuss about the use of economic analysis, remedies in merger review, and issue regarding digital platform operators (27th March).
Back to back the ABA spring Meeting, Global Antitrust Institute held panel discussion named "Antitrust and Digital Platforms Around the World" on 28th March. Commissioner Aoki also participated as a panelist and discussed about recent enforcement experiences on digital platform operators and so on.
