The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) has released the " Guidelines Concerning the Activities of Enterprises, etc. Toward the Realization of a Green Society Under the Antimonopoly Act (Green Guidelines)" to support business efforts toward a green society. These guidelines clarify how the Antimonopoly Act applies to such activities. Additionally, the JFTC has set up a "Green Consultation Desk" to provide proactive guidance and support for specific business inquiries.
