The JFTC holds the Training Course for Vietnam on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy

 The Training Course for Vietnam on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy will be held by Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Tokyo, Japan from September 28 to October 9, 2009. Under the circumstance that the competition law was enforced in Vietnam in July 2005, the training course will be held to provide officials of Vietnam competition authority with an opportunity to obtain the knowledge on Japan’s Antimonopoly Act and its implementation, with the purpose of contributing to the enhanvement of competition legislations and implementation of competition law in Vietnam.
 The JFTC has dispatched one of its staffs as a JICA specialist to the Vietnam competition authority since September 2008 and provides technical assistance in Vietnam.

3. Participants : 5 officials from the Vietnam competition authority
