The JFTC holds the Training Course for Vietnam on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy ( Tentative Translation )

 The Training Course for Vietnam on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy will be held by Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC)in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)in Tokyo, Japan from April 7 to 27, 2010. Under the circumstances that the competition law was enforced in Vietnam in July 2005, the training course will be held to provide officials of the Vietnam competition authority with an opportunity to obtain the knowledge on Japan’s Antimonopoly Act and its implementation, with the purpose of contributing to the enhancement of competition legislations and implementation of the competition law in Vietnam.
 The JFTC has dispatched its staff as a JICA specialist to the Vietnam competition authority since September 2008 and provides technical assistance in Vietnam.
