Japan Fair Trade Commission
In cooperation with the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the 8th East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy and the 7th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy is organized for the purpose of strengthening the cooperative relationship among competition authorities/competition related authorities through frank exchange of views and information among the top level officials of those authorities. The East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy is organized for the purpose of developing a common understanding on importance of competition law and policy in the East Asia.
This year, 17 authorities in the East Asia will participate in the meeting and the conference.
