The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) will hold the training course on the Antimonopoly Act and competition policy for the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection of Mongolia (AFCCP), members of Parliament in Mongolia, etc. from March 14th to 17th, 2017 in Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)

The training course takes place to provide chairman of the AFCCP, members of Parliament in Mongolia, etc. with opportunity to obtain the knowledge on the Antimonopoly Act and its enforcement, with the purpose of supporting the enhancement of competition legislation and law enforcement in Mongolia.

1. Period: March 14 - 17, 2017
2. Venue: JFTC headquarters (Tokyo)
3. Participants: 15 AFCCP chairman, members of Parliament in Mongolia, etc.
4. Organizers: JFTC and JICA
5. Contents:- Lectures by academics on the Antimonopoly Act and competition policies;
-lectures by JFTC officials on investigation procedures; etc.
