Japan Fair Trade Commission
The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), together with the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS), and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), will co-host the 16th East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy and the 13th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy online.
The East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy has been held aiming at strengthening the cooperative relationship among competition authorities through candid exchange of views and information with attendance of the top-level officials from those authorities. Sixteen authorities in the region in total will participate in the Meeting this year.
The East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy is a conference open to public for the main purpose of developing common understanding on importance of competition law and policy in the East Asia region through presentation and discussion among participants, from academia, business, etc. in addition to authorities above.
