Japan Fair Trade Commission
In preparation for the enforcement of the Mobile Software Competition Act, the Japan Fair Trade Commission has developed draft subordinate legislations (Cabinet Order and Japan Fair Trade Commission Rules) and Guidelines, and is seeking public comments.
The Act is tentatively scheduled for full enforcement on December 18, 2025.
