JFTC Holds the Knowledge Co-Creation Program for Developing Countries on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy

 The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), will hold the Knowledge Co-Creation Program for Developing Countries on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy.
 The aim of this program is to support the efforts to achieve effective enforcement of competition law, by providing officials in developing countries’ competition authorities with the opportunity to obtain knowledge and expertise on the Japanese Antimonopoly Act and its enforcement.
 This program has been held by the JFTC since 1994 in response to requests from governments of developing countries, and this will be the 31st on the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy.
 
 
1. Period: from September 25 to October 10, 2025
2. Venue: JICA Tokyo Center, etc.
3. Lecturers: Academics and JFTC officials
4. Participants: Eighteen officials of competition authorities in 11 countries (See below)
