Japan Fair Trade Commission
"The Bill concerning Revisions of Relating Laws for Transition of the Fair Trade Commission to an External Organ of the Cabinet Office" has passed the House of Councillors and enacted today. The bill aims at transition of the Fair Trade Commission from an external organ of the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications to that of the Cabinet Office.
The bill will be promulgated and take effect on the 9th of April.
