Japan Fair Trade Commission
The 2nd APEC Training Program on Competition Policy will be held in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
This Program aims at capacity building in implementation of competition policy through the exchange of opinions and information among competition-related authorities of APEC member economies, taking into account the state of progress and deference of approaches regarding competition policy and also diversity in culture as background of the economies.

The 1st Training Program was held in August 2002 in Bangkok, Thailand with about 50 participants.
The 2nd Program will focus on more practical issues like investigation methods and case studies, deepening the contents of the 1st Seminar.
We will hold this course five times in three years from 2002 and the third one will be convened in Malaysia this fall or winter.
