Japan Fair Trade Commission
On October 16, 2007, the JFTC made public a document named "Prospective Amendments to AMA," which was prepared in accordance with the report, etc. of the Advisory Panel on Basic Issues Regarding the Antimonopoly Act that had been set under the Chief Cabinet Secretary.
From now on, the JFTC is going to make a draft bill to amend the AMA, discussing with interested parties including relevant government agencies.
