From 4th to 6th May, the 21st ICN Annual Conference hosted by the Bundeskartellamt (German Competition Authority) was held in a hybrid format (in person and online). On 6th May, Commissioner Aoki participated as one of the speakers in the Merger Working Group Plenary Session titled “Challenges in merger control: Prohibitions and effective remedies.”
