The 20th bilateral meeting on competition policy took place between JFTC and the Korea Fair Trade Commission in Seoul. Two agencies exchanged their views over a broad range of competition-related matters including policy priorities under the new leaderships, recent key developments, abuse of bargaining power and international cooperation. Among other outcomes, both agencies agreed to start working together for formulating a Memorandum of Understanding on the inter-agency cooperation framework.
