The 13th annual conference of the International Competition Network was held. Chairman Sugimoto participated as one of the panelists in the Agency Effectiveness Working Group Plenary Session titled “Investigative Process”, and gave a speech about the JFTC’s investigative practices with respect to ensuring effective enforcement and promoting legitimacy of agency decisions.
