The JFTC co- hosted the 12th East Asia Top Level Officials' Meeting on Competition Policy along with the Asian Development Bank Institute and the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Chairman Sugimoto took the role of a speaker of the 12th East Asia Top Level Officials' Meeting on Competition Policy in the session titled “Enhancing Procedural Fairness and Transparency of Competition Law Enforcement in Asia”.
