The bilateral meeting on competition policy took place between the JFTC and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China (NDRC) in Tokyo. Two agencies exchanged their views over a broad range of competition-related matters including recent development and advocacy activities to regulatory authorities. The meeting was attended by JFTC Commissioner Takashi Yamamoto, NDRC Director General of the Authority’s Price Supervision and Anti-monopoly Bureau Zhang Hangdong and other officials from the agencies.
