On 13th-15th October, the 20th ICN Annual Conference hosted by the Hungarian Competition Authority was held online. Commissioner Aoki took the role of a moderator in the Unilateral Conduct Working Group Plenary Session titled “Analysis of Theories of Harm and Design of Remedies Concerning Unilateral Conduct with Dominance/Substantial Market Power in Digital Markets.”
