From 7th to 9th May, the 24th ICN Annual Conference hosted by the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) was held in Edinburgh. On 7th May, Commissioner Aoki participated as one of the speakers in Plenary Session of the Unilateral Conduct Working Group titled “Challenges ahead in antitrust enforcement: Assessing dominance/exclusionary abuses/standard of proof/economic assessment.”
Also, on the same day, she participated as one of the speakers in CMA Host Plenary session titled “Global update on competition in digital markets.”
