The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development(UNCTAD) hosted “Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy, 23rd session” in Geneva from July 8 to 10. From the JFTC, Mr. Sakuma, Director General for Digital and International Affairs, participated in the session on “competition in global food value chains.” He introduced “Market Study on Business Practices in the Food Supply Chain” conducted by JFTC and recent enforcement cases related to the session.
