On September 15th, 2026, the Georgetown Law 20th Annual Global Antitrust Enforcement Symposium was held in Washington, D.C., USA. Commissioner Wakabayashi participated in a roundtable discussion among heads of competition authorities, where they discussed key policies and challenges, and the recent efforts in the digital fields.
From September 16th to 18th, the Fordham Competition Law Institute 53rd Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy was held in New York. Commissioner Wakabayashi served as a panelist in the session on algorithmic cartels, where they discussed competition law and policy issues.
