JFTC Issues a Cease and Desist Order to Hokushin Branch of the Nagano Prefecture Petroleum Business Association and Surcharge Payment Orders to Members of the Association, etc.

The Japan Fair Trade Commission（hereinafter referred to as “JFTC”）today issued a cease and desist order to Hokushin Branch of the Nagano Prefecture Petroleum Business Association and surcharge payment orders to its member companies.
The JFTC also issued a warning to petroleum product retailers on the same day.
In addition, the JFTC made a request to the Nagano Prefecture Petroleum Business Association.
